Signode Steel Strapping Hand Tool. The Signode 4A1-2 is a windlass style tensioner used with 2" x .044"-.050" steel banding weighing 16 lb. Many people are switching to a lashing instead of steel strapping due to safety concerns with the 2" steel strapping.
